1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or otherwise using
www.shrieagrotech.com (the Website), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws. If you do not
agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
2. About SHRIE AGRO TECH
SHRIE AGRO TECH is a food/flour manufacturing and supply business based in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The Website
may provide information regarding products such as rice flour, speciality rice flour, tapioca flour/starch and other
food/flour products, as well as business enquiries, quotation requests, customer support and related services.
3. Website Information
We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, pack sizes, availability and other information
accurate. However, website content is general information and may be updated without prior notice. Product
specifications, ingredients, packaging, prices and availability may vary by batch, customer requirement, market
conditions or written commercial agreement. The final quotation, purchase order acceptance, invoice, product
label/specification or written confirmation issued by SHRIE AGRO TECH will prevail in case of inconsistency.
4. Quotations, Orders and Acceptance
An enquiry, quotation request or purchase order submitted through the Website does not by itself create a binding
supply contract. Orders are subject to acceptance by SHRIE AGRO TECH, product availability, agreed
specifications, commercial terms, credit approval (where applicable), taxes, freight and payment terms. We may
decline or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including due to stock, pricing, payment,
compliance or operational issues.
5. Pricing, Taxes and Payment
Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices displayed or communicated may be exclusive of GST, freight, delivery,
handling or other applicable charges. The price and payment terms confirmed in our quotation/order
confirmation/invoice will apply. Customers must make payment only to bank accounts or payment methods
officially communicated by SHRIE AGRO TECH and should independently verify any change in bank details with
our authorised contact.
6. Credit Sales
Credit, if offered, is discretionary and subject to an approved credit limit and payment period. SHRIE AGRO TECH
may suspend further dispatches where invoices are overdue, the approved credit limit is exceeded, or payment risk
materially changes. Separate written credit terms, where issued, will form part of the transaction.
7. Delivery, Risk and Inspection
Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing. Delays may occur due to transport,
raw-material availability, weather, government restrictions, force majeure or other circumstances beyond
reasonable control. Customers should inspect goods promptly on receipt for quantity, packaging damage and
visible defects and notify us within the period stated in the invoice/contract, or, if no period is stated, within a
reasonable period.
8. Returns, Replacements and Quality Complaints
Food products are sensitive to storage, handling and contamination after delivery. Returns or replacements will
therefore be considered only in accordance with applicable law and our written commercial terms. For a quality
complaint, the customer should provide invoice/batch details, photographs where relevant, storage information and
sufficient product sample where reasonably requested. Products that have been improperly stored, opened, mixed,
processed, repacked or otherwise altered may not be eligible for return except where required by law.
9. Food Use and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their recipe, process, equipment,
intended use and regulatory requirements. Trial validation is recommended before large-scale production when
product performance depends on formulation or processing conditions. Nothing on the Website is medical or
nutritional advice.
10. Intellectual Property
The Website, brand names, logos, product photographs, graphics, text, catalogues, formulations disclosed as
proprietary, and other original content are owned by or licensed to SHRIE AGRO TECH unless stated otherwise.
They may not be copied, reproduced, republished, commercially exploited or misleadingly used without prior
written permission, except as permitted by law.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape or copy content at

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection or other statutory
jurisdiction, disputes relating to the Website or transactions with SHRIE AGRO TECH will be subject to the
competent courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu.
